

Head of Servicom Index Compliance Evaluation Team from the Presidency, Mrs Jummai Abdullahi has given the Hospital Management a pat on the back for maintaining a neat hospital environment.
Mrs Abdullahi gave the commendation while meeting with the Hospital Management at the end of her team’s evaluation exercise in the Centre.
Her words “ I must remark that I am impressed with your neat environment. As a matter of fact, this will be my first time of putting something in my mouth in any of the hospitals I have visited so far in the course of this assignment”.
She lauded the Management for her diligence in keeping the services running which are targeted towards meeting the patients’ expectations.
“ In the course of our assignment, we spoke to some of the patients who in turn expressed satisfaction with the level of care that goes on in this Centre.
“ Equally, worthy of note is the fact that ,here you have a building dedicated as Servicom secretariat being overseeing by a competent servicom team.”
Responding, the Medical Director, Prof. Adewale Musa-Olomu expressed gratitude to his guests for the “objective assessment of our services”
The Medical Director said the patients turn – over had been on a steady increase since he assumed office two and half years ago because of the high premium his administration placed on quality health care and patients satisfaction.
Part of the efforts towards this, according to the Medical Director was the establishment of some new units and specialties including cardiothoracic.
He assured the team that the Centre would not rest on her oars in the responsibility of providing quality health care services to the teeming clients.
